Coaching is a learning partnership with a trained professional coach who is there to help you change or improve things in your life. It would also suit anyone wanting to explore their thinking or position in a safe, supportive non-directive environment.
It would provide space to explore your thoughts, feelings and attitudes, providing relief from worry, guilt, anxiety or confusion. Clients often experience ‘aha’ moments of clarity, some even transformation.
Coaching sessions are one hour, usually held fortnightly, but the frequency is adjusted to suit you and your needs.
We start with a free half-hour meeting to determine whether coaching is for you.
Cost is £60 per session or
£215 per four-session package
